This topic is to update you and for your confidence in my good health and really safe

Today is Monday 3 Febuary 2020

Today I will have a periodical medical check. I will have a blood test and other health test. And I would like to update everyone to acknowledge my safe-health on my work.

What I had been checked up?

(1).HIV Infection
(2). Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea
(3). Herpes Simplex Viruses
(4). Genital Warts
(5). Hepatitis B
(6). Syphilis
(7). Liver examination

Especially to confirm HIV negative.

**Remark**
Every 3 months, I will do periodically check-up, blood test in order to get “PrEP” , HIV prevention in pill, at Thai red cross society. After I passed the test and I would like to inform to you in this topic krup.

Hello again krup

This topic is to update you and for your confidence in my good health and really safe
My safe and good health is my highest concern. All the time since I’ve been working in this career, I always do the medical check-up, do blood test for HIV infection and keep working-out as much as I can do. I always make it safe not only for myself and but for my customers as well.
Currently, I have joined the HIV prevention project with supporting from Thai red cross society where I get pills of PrEP.
PrEP can reduce HIV infection for about 92%(HIV PreExposure Prophylaxis, PrEP)
I have continuously used the PrEP for more than 6 months. So at least we might be able to confirm that we’re all safe as much as PrEP can protect us.
PrEP is the medicine to prevent HIV from pre-exposure and prevent body to infect HIV from that pre-exposure.

May I explain little about PrEP and how it work to me krup?

1. Before getting PrEP, there is a process to prove that I haven’t been infected by HIV or HIV negative result

2. Before taking PrEP , Hepatitis B must be proved as PrEP will affect to one who has Hepatitis B disease.

3. PrEP is suitable for one who has high risk to infect HIV in any ways.

Anyway, as the prevention rate is not 100%, using condom and trying to protect any possible causes of HIV disease shall be still needed and strict.
I need to have periodically a lap test which shows I pass and always HIV negative, then I could get and take PrEP.

**Remark**
PrEP is only one method to help people from HIV infection, but it is required other methods to protect the infection. Using Condom, reducing risky behavior and always keeping in mind about the severity of HIV that we must do them strictly.

Friday, May 05, 2017. Today I have an appointment at Thai Red cross again as usual.

For about 3 months since I had received PrEP from last visit here. Actually, I take PrEP for almost a year.

I have arrived at about 10:30 am. Today’s morning, I reallyfeel relaxing krup.

Check many things such as HIV, Herpes Simplex Virus, and others and then I need to wait the result which will be after checking for 1 hour.

Everything is fine krup. The result shows like that and then I can get PrEP-30 that been provided for me for the next 3 months.

This Tuesday, 25 July 2017 krup

Appointment to have medical check and inspect HIV from pre-exposure (prEP Visits6. )
At Thai Red Cross, same organization which always supports me and many other people krup

Today, I am here quite early then only few people in a queue. It’s better than arrive in the afternoon krup.

Check everything again, surely for HIV that is the key and why I am here krup.
Wait 1 hour for the result.

Clean and clear every infection krup.
Happy and healthy krup

Liver also working in normal and receiving PrEP-30 to take daily for the next 3 months

วันนี้วันเสาร์ที่21ตุลาคม 2560ครับ

กำหนดนัดตรวจเลือดและรับยาต้านHIV ก่อนการติดเชื้อ (prEP Visits6. )
ล่าสุดประจำ3 เดือนที่คลินิคนิรนาม สภากาชาติไทยครับ

วันนี้ผมตื่นแต่เช้าเลยครับนอนไม่ดึกมาก.
มาถึงประมาณ 8.30. น. เพราะวันนี้วันหยุดมาเช้าๆจะได้ไม่รอนาน.

มาถึงคนไม่ถึงกับเยอะมากครับ...รับบัตรคิว...ก็ตรวจเลือด และก็เช็คทุกอย่างเลยครับ. โรคติดต่อ ต่างๆ และ ค่าไต และตับ. ตรวจเสร็จก็รอฟังผล 2 ชั่วโมง.....เลยครับ.

เวลาที่รอผมก็ไปทานข้าวรอ..และแวะทำบุญบริจาคโลงศพที่มูลนิธิร่วมกตัญญูที่วัดหัวลําโพงครับ....สบายใจวันหยุดเลย.

แล้วก็กลับมาฟังผลและรับยาprEPและให้รับคำแนะจากเจ้าหน้าที่ เช่นเคย.

ผลเลือดปกติครับ ปลอดเชื้อทุกชนิด. ค่าตับและไต เกณฑ์ปกติเช่นกันครับ

สวัสดีวันแห่งความรัก 14 กุมภาพันธ์ 2561

วันนี้ผมหยุดรับงานครับ...”พักผ่อน” แหะๆ. วันนี้และก็มีตรวจ เพื่อความปลอดภัยและเช็คสุขภาพต่างๆด้วยครับ.

วันนี้ตื่นแต่เช้าเลยครับ. แต่งตัวไปสภากาชาดไทย คลีนิคนิรนาม. ที่นี่ 9.45 นาทีครับ.

คนยังไม่เยอะมาก เพราะยังเช้าๆ อยู่ มาถึงก็ ลงทะเบียน รอคิว จ่ายเงินแล้วก็เจาะเลือดเพื่อตรวจเลือด

จากนั้นก็ รอ ผลการตรวจเลือด 1 ชั่วโมงครับ

หลังจากนั้นก็ รอพบเจ้าหน้าที่ เพื่อฟังผล และ รูปแบบการปฎิบัติตัวและคำแนะนำดีๆ จากเจ้าหน้าที่ครับ

เสร็จแล้วผลทุกอย่างปกติครับ ทุกอย่างเป็นปกติ Hiv เป็นลบ ค่าตับ,ไต,ความเข้มขนของเลือด อยู่ในเกณฑ์ปกติ. แล้วก็ จ่ายเงินค่าบริการ แล้วก็ รอรับยาPrEP ครับ

วันนี้เป็นอีกวันที่มีความสุข และ สบายใจ ในวันแห่งความรัก. และวันนี้ก็เสมือนเป็นความรักที่ผมมอบความสบายใจ ให้สมาชิกด้วยเช่นกันครับ

Hello guys.

This is May 19, 2018.

Today, I have a regular medical check-up, every 3 months.

Safe Love Safe Health ... with "PrEP" krup.

We are making ourselves safe with PrEP for health and the ones we love.

Arrive The Red Cross research center at about 09:53 AM, still not so crowded krup.

Fill in some information, get the queue and pay the bill for service fee.

I will have blood test, liver and renal function test and syphilis check.

waiting for the result for 2 hours as usual.

The lab test result is good and nothing is out of range krup. HIV negative for sure. Then I get another 3 months pills of PrEP. Get confidence for you all and safe with me krup.

Saturday, 1st of September krub.

Hello Weekend krub. Today's weather is really nice, no rain and not too sunny. I woke up a little late last morning, at about 9 o'clock krub. I have an appointment today, yep to see a doctor as usual at annonymous clinic of the red cross society krub.

Actually, my pills of PrEP are still enough for a week but it' s not that bad if I come and check up a bit early. Also the clinic officer has told that I don't need to come back just when you run out the PrEP.

Because sometimes I didn't a pill when I didn't work so some still remains.

I've arrive at the clinic at about 11:30 am. At this time, it's not crowded here. Got the queue , wait not so long then paid the test fee and at last I got the blood check in 30 mins.

Anyway, I needed to wait 1-2 hrs for the result

I killed the time by wandering in the Lumpini park krup. Breathed fresh air and didn't forget to feed fishes and pegions as always.

Time went on quickly, I went back to listened to the result. Yeah! everything is alright, negative HIV result and hepatitis and kidney also normal.

The doctor gave me this time PrEP for 4 months, I'm lucky isn't it.

Nowadays PrEP cost reduces slightly as well, double luck to me today ^^.

Make everything wothwhile every day...and make ourselves happy every day.

Today I woke up early, as today is my birthday, therefore, I called my parents and ask for blessing.

Today is my day-off, I had an appointment for Health Check and received some medicines, PrEP.

Arriving at destination around 10.48 a.m.

Since today is working day, there was only few people here, I followed the step from registration and made a payment, costs 470 THB.

It took 2 hours to wait for the blood test result, I went to find something to eat and walked around Lumpini Park.

The weather today was so nice, not too hot, like others day. When the time come, I got back and met the medical staff.

Then, medical staff asked me to fulfilled information and told me the result, which is, as expected, normal result.
Negative, kidney and liver are normal and no sign of Sexually transmitted diseases.

Finally I got PrEP for 4 months. Feel so good for today.

After finished, I went to "Ruamkatunyu Foundation" at "Hua Lum Pong Temple" to make merit.

Comfortable, Happy, and Delight for today.

สวัสดีครับ...ผมตื่นสายหน่อยครับ.วันหยุด

วันนี้ผมมีเวลา ก่อน1 อาทิตย์ ว่าจะไปตรวจสุขภาพและรับยาป้องกัน PrEP. ครบกำหนดครับ

วันนี้มาถึง 09.48 นาทีครับ ไม่อยากมาสายมาก กลัวคนเยอะครับ. เพราะวันหยุด คนจะเยอะหน่อยครับ

มีถึงได้บัตรคิว 1073 ครับ.
ขั้นตอนแรก กรอกประวัติและเลือกบริการ สำหรับผมเจาะเลือด ตรวจHiv และโรคติดต่อ ทางเพศสัมพันธ์ รวมทั้งเช็คค่าตับ และ ไต ครับ. รวมทั้งพบหมอเพื่อให้คำปรึกษา. ต่างๆ. รวมทั้งรับยา PrEP ต่อเนื่องด้วยครับ

รอจ่ายค่าบริการต่างๆ แล้วก็ไปแผนกเจาะเลือดครับ. แล้วก็รอ ฟังผล 1 ชั่วโมงครับ

สำหรับวันนี้คนเยอะเหมือนกันครับ เป็นวันหยุดยาวด้วยครับ

ผลเลือดปกติ Hiv เป็น ลบครับโรคติดต่ออื่นๆไม่มีครับ.

สำหรับค่าตับ และไตก็อยู่ในเกณฑ์ปกติเช่นกันครับ

จากนั้นก็ ชำระค่ายาและค่าบริการ รับยาป้องกันการติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ ต่อเนื่อง อีก 4 เดือนครับ

สบายใจเลยครับ.
พอสุขภาพกายดี สุขภาพใจก็ดีตามมาด้วยครับ
